Detailing your Mercedes-Benz S-Class

An S-Class gets detailed for its passengers as much as its owner, and in the GTA that often means a chauffeur car that works weddings and Bay Street runs. We treat the rear compartment like a first-class cabin: pillows, tablets, door leather and carpet all get materials-specific cleaning. Outside, the long flanks and the Maybach two-tone paint are polished carefully with masked colour breaks, and the door seals and jambs are spotless before we leave.

What we watch for on a S-Class

• Chauffeur cars arrive with a rear seat that has been lived in: pillow covers, rear tablets and door-panel leather need cleaning and the rear carpet usually needs extraction
• Maybach two-tone paint has a hand-finished pinstripe at the colour break; we tape it and polish each colour separately with a soft pad
• The Air Balance cartridge and the perfume atomizer vent collect dust; we wipe the vent dry and never spray cleaner into it
• Open-pore wood across the dash and doors is cleaned with a damp microfibre only; silicone dressings darken and streak the grain
• Soft-close doors have thick seals that trap grit; cleaning the seals and jambs is part of every detail because they are the first thing a passenger sees

Luxury cars: soft paint, delicate trim

Premium interiors use more leather, open-pore wood and gloss trim, and premium paint is often softer. We use gentler chemistry, soft microfibre and slower machine passes so nothing is marred.
